FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

1.  What is your return and exchage policy?
     -Please click our POLICY LIST link for the complete list of our policies.
2.  What happens with a defective item?
     -We will exchange it for the same or like item within 30 days of purchase.
3.  What happens with a worn item?
     -Worn items can be exchanged only once within 30 days of purchase.
4.  What happens if I was shipped a mismate or the incorrect item?
     -You can contact our store at 704-845-2190.  We will promptly correct the mistake.
   

SHIPPING ISSUES

1.  What is your shipping policy?
     -Please click our POLICY LIST link for the complete list of our policies.
2.  Do you ship internationally?
     -We are unable to ship internationally.  This includes Canada and Mexico.
3.  What method of shipping do you use?
     -We use FedEx and USPS for all of our shipping.
4.  What are the shipping options available to me?
     -FedEx Ground is always free with purchases of $75 or more.  Under $75 will be charged
      a flat rate of $6 per item.


PLACING ORDERS

1.  What if I do not see my size?
     -Please drop us a call at 704-845-2190 or an email at
      info@newbalancecharlotte.com.  We will do everything we can to locate your item.
2.  Do you charge sales tax?
     -Shipments outside of North Carolina will NOT be charged sales tax.  Shipments within
      North Carolina will be charged sales tax of 7.0%.
3.  Can I place my order over the phone?
     -Absolutely.  Just call us at 704-845-2190.
