Please contact us prior to any returns for authorization. Exchanges and refunds will be granted within 30 days of purchase with the original sales receipt. All returns subjected to a restocking fee up to $10. Any items deemed defective by management will be replaced with like product. No refunds on defective merchandise.

Refunds will be granted on merchandise in original condition and in original packaging. Refunds will be given in the same manner as originally paid. No refunds of worn merchandise and exchanges only on discounted merchandise.
2. Shipping Policy
New Balance Charlotte will provide FREE Fed-Ex Ground shipping to any order of $75 or more anywhere in the contiguous United States. Orders below $75 will incur a shipping charge of $6 per item. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may be subjected to additional shipping charges. New Balance Charlotte does not provide international shipping.
3. Sales Tax Policy
No sales tax will be charged on shipments outside of North Carolina. Shipments within North Carolina will be charged sales tax of 7.25%.
